1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Joint Venture Creations, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of [www.WorldSeriesGiveaway.com
] (the “Site”) and your participation in the Giveaway. By accessing the Site or entering the Giveaway, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or enter the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of Joint Venture Creations, LLC, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Methods
Details about entry methods (purchase-based, no-purchase alternative, bonus entries via Instagram) are provided in the Official Rules for the Giveaway. A purchase does not improve your odds of winning. You agree to follow all instructions and complete any required steps to qualify.
4. Prize
The prize and approximate retail value (ARV) are described in the Official Rules. Prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and winner is solely responsible for taxes and any costs not explicitly included. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One or more winners will be selected by random drawing among eligible entries, as described in the Official Rules. We will notify potential winners by email and/or social media message. Winners must respond within the specified timeframe or may be forfeited. Eligibility verification and release forms may be required.
6. General Use of Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
Attempt to interfere with the Site’s functionality or security
Use the Site to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others
Submit false or misleading information
Any violation may result in termination of your access and disqualification from the Giveaway.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Joint Venture Creations, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and Giveaway are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the Giveaway.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Joint Venture Creations, LLC and its affiliates, agents, employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona. You waive any right to a class-action lawsuit.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Official Rules for the Giveaway and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joint Venture Creations, LLC regarding the Site and the Giveaway.
